1. When Can I Request a Return?
You can request a return within 5 days from the date you receive your order.
Returns are accepted only if the item:

Clear photos or video of the issue (including an unboxing video if the item is damaged)

3. What We Do Not Accept
We do not accept returns or refunds for:

4. Return Shipping & Costs

If the return is caused by a product defect, wrong item, or store error, we will cover the return freight charges where feasible.

5. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:

Refunds are issued to your original payment method

Refund processing takes 5–10 business days after inspection
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.
6. Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if not yet shipped.

After that, orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for return after delivery.
