1. When Can I Request a Return?

You can request a return within 5 days from the date you receive your order.

Returns are accepted only if the item:

  • Arrives damaged, defective, or not as described

  • Is the wrong product

  • Is missing parts or accessories

To request a return, you must contact us within the return window.

2. What We Need From You

To process a return, please send to us:

  • Order number

  • Clear photos or video of the issue (including an unboxing video if the item is damaged)

  • Description of the problem

Without proper proof, we may not accept the return.

3. What We Do Not Accept

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Wrong size or preference issues

  • Minor differences in color/appearance

  • Damage caused after delivery

4. Return Shipping & Costs

  • If the return is caused by a product defect, wrong item, or store error, we will cover the return freight charges where feasible.

  • If the return is for any other reason (not our fault), you may be responsible for return shipping charges.

5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method

  • Refund processing takes 5–10 business days after inspection

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders:
Refunds are issued via bank transfer or UPI.

6. Cancellation

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing them if not yet shipped.

  • After that, orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for return after delivery.
